Chabot College is committed to providing every student with the support, opportunities, and guidance needed to achieve their educational goals. 

Guided Pathways is a collegewide, student-centered approach that creates clear pathways to degrees, certificates, transfer, careers, and personal growth. Building on Chabot’s equity and pathways work, it helps students navigate their journey with clarity, meaningful connections, and personalized support across all programs, departments, and disciplines.

Our steering committee meeting is open to all Chabot College employees and are held on:
